Tracy started working
at Vetcare some 12 years ago as an office junior/kennel
maid. Today she co-ordinates and manages activities
associated with human resources, finance and administration
including trans-practice communication. In conjunction
with the Partners Tracy and the Nurse Managers collectively
are involved with business planning, employment and
induction of new staff and appropriate budgeting etc.
She has recently attained her Certificate in Management
at Wigan and Leigh College and is commencing studies
for a Diploma in the same subject. In 1999 she married
Mick, has a dog Bess and enjoys horse riding.
